The working principle of the pellet mill

Using extruding machine of uniform standards of the spiral system forward, the air of the material is expelled, and quickly filled by materials,  the backflow produced because of the effect of the shear force  to the materials  , make  the chamber pressure decreases, as the spin and machine stack bore friction among fully mixing materials, extrusion, heating, scoring, paste and produce organization changes, the structure of the original damage, and mechanical energy through the material in the chamber of the friction effect within and into heat energy, make the material of a liquid gel state, the material being squeezed by high pressure to exit ,at the moment, the high pressure changed into normal pressure,  high temperature  into normal temperature, cause water quickly evaporated from the organization structure , make its internal forms numerous microporous structure, again through the cutting device, cutting ,cooling ,then formed.
